Reps. Correa, Titus, Demings to Hold a Virtual Forum with AFGE President Kelley on COVID-19 and the TSA Workforce
(WASHINGTON) – Tomorrow, Thursday, April 30th, Reps. Lou Correa (D-CA), Dina Titus (D-NV), and Val Demings (D-FL) will hold a virtual forum discussion on how coronavirus has impacted the workforce of the Transportation Security Administration. The Members of the Transportation & Maritime Security Subcommittee will be joined by Dr. Everett Kelley, National President of the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE). The roundtable will focus on what Congress can do to assist TSA employees working on the frontlines and facing substantial exposure to COVID-19. This event will be streamed live.
