TOMORROW @ 2PM: Joint Hearing on Transportation Sector Cybersecurity
(WASHINGTON) – Tomorrow, October 26th, the Subcommittee on Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Protection, & Innovation, chaired by Rep. Yvette D. Clarke (D-NY) and the Subcommittee on Transportation & Maritime Security, chaired by Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman (D-NJ) will hold a virtual hearing to engage with former Federal cybersecurity and transportation security officials about the current state of cybersecurity across all modes of transportation, as well as recent and forthcoming regulatory actions to enhance transportation cybersecurity.
This hearing will also provide Members an opportunity to inquire on how the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), the broader law enforcement and intelligence communities, and transportation owners and operators can address the need for increased cybersecurity preparedness across the transportation sector.
